When you apply for a role via this site or our Telegram intake bot we collect:

• Name, age range, and country of residence
• Telegram username or contact handle you choose to share
• Email address (if provided)
• Answers to role-fit questions on our application form
• Basic technical metadata (IP address, browser type) for security purposes

3. Why we collect it

• To evaluate your application for the advertised role
• To communicate with you about the recruitment process
• To meet our legal and tax obligations if you are hired
• To improve our recruitment process (in aggregated, non-identifying form)

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Service providers we use to run the recruitment process (e.g. form, scheduling, identity verification tools), under contracts that restrict their use of your data
• Authorities, when required by law

5. How long we keep it

Applicant data is retained for up to 12 months after the close of a recruitment round, after which it is deleted or fully anonymised. If you are hired, employment records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@nurvo.one and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site uses essential cookies only for basic site functionality. If we run paid advertising campaigns we may load the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance — this is opt-in via the cookie banner where required by law.

8. Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the "last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify applicants directly.
