About the role

You manage one social media account on behalf of one of our agency's content creators. The work is structured into two short, fixed daily blocks. You don't produce content — content is provided to you each day. Your job is to post on schedule, reply to direct messages using approved scripts, and submit a brief end-of-day report.

What we're looking for

• You own a recent smartphone (iPhone X or newer) that you can dedicate to this role
• You're consistent — small daily tasks done reliably beat sporadic effort
• You can follow written instructions and respond to team messages within a few hours during working hours
• You're comfortable communicating in English (briefs and daily reports)
• You are 21 years of age or older

What we provide

• Full onboarding and training — no prior experience required
• Daily content and reply scripts prepared by the agency
• Long-term role structure: 30-day trial, 60-day review, 90-day extension
• Performance-based bonus on top of the base monthly compensation
• Direct communication with a dedicated team lead

What the role is not

• You will not appear on camera or create content yourself
• This is not a high-volume customer-service role — fewer than ~60 minutes of focused work per day
• This is not a one-off gig — we hire for the long term

Selection process

1. Telegram intake (~4 min) — basic eligibility
2. Detailed application form (~12 min) — role-fit questions
3. Short video call with the team lead
4. Paid 2-hour trial task
5. Offer + onboarding (30-day initial term)

Some of our agency's creators produce adult-oriented content for subscription platforms. This is disclosed and discussed in detail during the application process. You must be 21+ and comfortable with the vertical. We do not ask you to create, appear in, or distribute content yourself — you manage the social media account only.
