You open the iPhone we've assigned to this role. Fifteen minutes: scroll the account, reply to DMs from the queue, post the morning content we sent overnight. SOP tells you exactly what to do.
13:00 — Quick sweep
Lunch break, second 15 min block. Check the analytics tab, flag anything weird, save 3-5 trending posts you spot. The content team uses these to plan tomorrow.
18:00 — Evening close
Last 30 minutes. Reply window, post the evening content, write a one-line note in Notion. Done.
